I am a creative instructional designer, a devoted researcher, and a caring instructor. I am also a joyful colleague and a pleasant teamplayer. With years of focus on instructional design, college teaching, research, and instructional technology, I am enthusiastic in exploring all the possibilities in enhancing the effectiveness of teaching and learning. On a more personal note, I am also an althletic person. I enoy zumba dance, hiking, and jogging.
